Credit Card Charges
If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the order will be processed instantly. Credit cards are charged at the moment that the order is confirmed for both available merchandise.
Mercury boutique welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.
For Credit Card and Paypal payments Mercury boutique can PayPal to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges or to double check the account information with Paypal. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
Mercury boutique also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.
It is possible to check the status of your order directly on line by accessing MY Account and clicking on the MY ORDERS tab.
We remind clients once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
Clients who have been sent a Mercury boutique promo codes by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional web sites can insert this code during order purchase and checkout. Each code has a validity start and end date which limits its use and cannot be extended. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. However they can be used in conjunction with Store Credit Vouchers.
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 days for:
- Item Exchange
E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). Please include Order Number (T#######), Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is size exchange, store credit or refund.
Return shipping must be organized by the client. Please send an email to email@example.com contaning the shipping tracking number number.
Clients can choose between two compensation options:
Items can be exchanged only when a different colour of the same Item Code is available. Exchanges for a different Item code are currently unavailable.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 14 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Returns must arrive within 14 days of receiving the R.A.N.
Return Terms and Conditions
Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. Mercury boutique reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing the import fees.
Mercury boutique will not accept returned merchandised that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
SHIPMENT AND FEES
As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from Mercury boutique are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro. Sale items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items.
Orders are shipped from www.mercuryboutique.com , Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Mercury boutique ships worldwide using SDA standard shipping.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
Italy: 1-2 working days after the shipment date.
European Zone: 3-5 working days after the shipment date. (Customs delays excluded).
Rest of the world: 5-10 working days after the shipment date. (Customs delays excluded).
Mercury boutique shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Mercury di Zhao Xinkai .
We remind first-time Clients that Mercury boutique will request PayPal or Bank institute to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.
Orders with available merchandise are shipped the same day as order placement. In all cases, Mercury boutique reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control.
Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from currier specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or Mercury boutique .
SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. Mercury boutique packages are carefully sealed in a box with tape around the sides of the box.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact www.mercuryboutique.com at firstname.lastname@example.org .
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Mercury boutique commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Clients expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
The transport insurance, your purchases will be insured for the full amount. By not selecting this option, the insurance and any refund will be the one provided by the current regulations.
